We are a fast-growing consulting firm helping conventional farmers transition to USDA Certified Organic and Regenerative Organic production. We are expanding our team and looking for proven agricultural input salespeople to sell USDA/NOP-approved, OMRI-listed organic inputs (biologicals, compost extracts, cover crop seed, natural amendments, etc.) to farmers who want to eliminate synthetic chemicals and GMOs.

This is a true “eat what you kill” commission role with no cap and extremely generous payout rates. Top performers who close 15–25 transitions per year commonly earn $150k +.

What We Provide (most startups don’t):

  • Hot, qualified leads generated by our marketing and consulting team
  • Full reimbursement for cell phone, home internet, travel, meals, and lodging
  • HubSpot CRM + Microsoft 365 license
  • Trade-show booth support and fees covered
  • Business cards, brochures, and samples
  • Laptop reimbursement after 6 months of production
  • After 12 months of consistent performance → transition to meaningful draw/base salary + commission

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years selling crop inputs (chemical or organic) to Livestock, row-crop, vegetable, orchard, or dairy farmers
  • Grew up or worked on a farm (huge advantage)
  • Self-starter who loves the hunt and can close large, multi-year input deals
  • Existing farmer relationships are a plus but not required – we give you leads

Why This Opportunity Is Different:

There are still ~1.8 million conventional farms in the U.S.A. Consumer demand for organic/regenerative food is exploding. Farmers who complete the 36-month transition typically double or triple their net profit through premium prices and lower input costs. When you help a farmer make that leap, you’re selling a no-brainer.
